What’s happening?
Users need to truncate the "Latest Comments" field in the List view of an entity to prevent excessive row height and allow users to access complete comments as needed.
Reason:
The requested functionality to truncate the comments and provide a link for full content is not available out of the box (OOB) in the current system configuration.
Resolution:
- Inform the user that the feature they are looking for is not present OOB, and the support team cannot assist with this as it is outside the scope of support.
- Advise the user to reach out to Microsoft Partners for implementation and consultancy queries.
