What’s happening?
Customers are unable to see the option to turn on form fill assistance for forms created in Power Pages, despite having previously accessed this feature.
Reason:
The form fill assistance feature is currently under preview and may not be available to all users or environments.
Resolution:
- Ensure that the settings for generative AI features are turned on in the environment.
- In the Power Platform admin center, verify that "Enable AI features for your end users" is activated.
- Navigate to the specific page in the Power Pages editor:
- Click on "Field" and then "Edit fields."
- Enable the option to prefill the field with either a custom value or choose from available profile data.
- Note that this option works only for authenticated users to access profile data.
