What’s happening?
The associate and disassociate buttons have disappeared on subgrids in the Power Apps portal, affecting the ability of external representatives to add child record types. Additionally, subgrid buttons are not visible in all portal pages, impacting public users' ability to submit requests online.
Reason:
This are caused by a known regression in the portal release, which has led to the disappearance of buttons and overlapping content in subgrids after a version update.
Resolution:
- For this of missing associate and disassociate buttons, a backend fix was provided by the product group (PG).
- For the overlapping content and invisible buttons in subgrids, it was determined that downgrading the portal version resolved this. The affected environments were rolled back to a stable version, and the portal was excluded from future upgrades for a month to prevent recurrence.
