What’s happening?
When attempting to add a searchable column to a form in Power Pages, the user encounters an error message stating "Access Denied" or "No permission."
Reason:
The error occurs because the necessary permissions for the related tables (in this case, the Prefecture Table) have not been properly configured. Specifically, the required permissions such as [Update], [Create], [Add], and [Add to] have not been granted for the relevant tables.
Resolution:
- Verify that the permissions for both the A Transaction Table and the Prefecture Table include the following:
- [Update]
- [Create]
- [Add]
- [Add to]
- If these permissions are not set, add them accordingly.
- After updating the permissions, test the form again to see if the error persists. If the error continues, provide a screenshot of the error message for further investigation.
