What’s happening?
The Info Codes and Info Code Group entities are not functioning correctly during the DMF upload, resulting in blank fields in the Backoffice Info Code module and missing required fields in the Info Code Group entity.

Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to the bulk upload process of info codes and info code groups via the DMF, where required fields are not being populated correctly.

Resolution:
To resolve this, upload one additional entity (Entity Name: Info Code Translation) alongside the Info Code entity. When importing via DMF, follow the sequence below: 1. Info Code entity 2. Info Code Translation entity
