What’s happening?
Customers are encountering an error message stating, "Unable to resolve the registration process. Please try again or contact your system administrator," when attempting to access fiscal integration status.
 
Reason:
The error related to fiscal integration is caused by missing configurations for fiscal peripherals and fiscal registers, specifically the absence of a fiscal register or fiscal peripherals configured in the hardware profile.
 
Resolution:
Ensure that all required configurations for fiscal peripherals and fiscal registers are completed. This includes creating connector functional profiles, creating connector technical profiles, and assigning entities of the fiscal registration process to POS profiles.
