What’s happening?

  1. Delivery and invoice addresses are not exporting correctly for customers when using the Customers V3 data entity.

Reason:

  1. This with the delivery and invoice address export is due to the LogisticsLocation record value corresponding to the CustDefaultLocation record of the customer not updating automatically when the customer's primary address is changed.

Resolution:

  1. For the delivery and invoice address export issue:
  2. Go to the Customer form and open the Addresses tab.
  3. Select 'Set Defaults' under More options.
  4. Choose the required address for 'Invoice' purpose and click OK.
  5. Now export the customer, and the invoice address should be exported correctly.
  6. If the issue persists, ensure that the correct address is set as the default for the invoice purpose.
