What’s happening?
Customers are facing challenges in routing Power Pages traffic through specific security compliance measures, including the need to ensure that all traffic is properly routed to enforce security policies and centralized control.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to the configuration of Azure services and the Web Application Firewall (WAF) settings, which may not be properly set up to route traffic as intended.
Resolution:
- For routing Power Pages traffic through Azure services, refer to the documentation on setting up Azure Front Door.
- Verify the configuration of the Web Application Firewall (WAF) to ensure it is correctly set up to handle the traffic routing.
- Check the DNS settings and ensure that the traffic from the Power Pages is directed to the appropriate Azure Front Door (AFD) URL.
- If this persist, review the WAF configuration and ensure that the necessary rules are in place to allow traffic from the Power Page to the AFD.
