What’s happening?
The cloud flow remains in the "On" state but fails to trigger even when the set trigger conditions are met.
Resolution:
- To resolve this, the user needs to turn off the flow and then turn it back on. This action will recreate the callback registration, allowing the flow to trigger normally.
- If the cloud flow has not been triggered for a certain period, it may not trigger again until the flow is toggled off and on.
- If the flow is not triggering after a solution import, ensure that the callback registration data is present in the new environment. If it is missing, the flow will not trigger until it is reactivated.
