What’s happening?
The customer encountered a timeout error while attempting to import 200 sales contract journal entries, receiving a message indicating a timeout due to another import/export process being in progress.
Reason:
The timeout error occurred because multiple import/export jobs using Excel files were attempted simultaneously. Excel file usage has limitations that require access to be granted within 10 minutes, otherwise, a timeout will occur.
Resolution:
- Verify if there were any other import or export jobs using Excel files during the specified timeframe.
- If multiple projects are scheduled to use Excel files for import or export, consider using a different file type for the import to avoid conflicts.
