What’s happening?
The customer wants to use a playbook in Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MDCA) that was shared with them, but they would like to know if the shared playbook can be moved to the Cloud Flows tab.
Reason:
When a playbook is shared with a user in MDCA, it typically appears under the "Shared with me" tab and not directly in the "Cloud Flows" tab. There is no out-of-the-box setting to move it directly from "Shared with me" to "Cloud Flows."
Resolution:
To work around this limitation, follow these steps: 1. Open the shared playbook in Power Automate. 2. Save it as a new flow. This new flow will then appear under the "Cloud Flows" tab. 3. Delete the original shared playbook if it is no longer needed.
This process will make the playbook available in the "Cloud Flows" tab for management as required. For further integration details, refer to the Microsoft documentation on custom alert automation : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-cloud-apps/flow-integration
