What’s happening?
The customer is unable to renew their Website authentication key due to insufficient membership role permissions.
Reason:
To update the website authentication key, the user must be an Administrator (service or global administrator) and the user's access mode must be set to "Write."
Resolution:
- Verify if the user account is set up with a Global Administrator role.
- If the user is already a Global Administrator, check if another Global Administrator role can be added to provide more privileges, including the permission to renew the authentication key.
- Ensure that the security role (System Administrator) has the "Write" access mode configured.

- Note that it might take hours for the permission changes to take effect.
