What’s happening?
Users receive prompts to approve app permissions when launching PowerApps forms, which can hinder the user experience.

Reason:
The prompts for app permissions are expected behavior when launching a PowerApp for the first time. The app requests permission to access the connections it uses, such as Outlook and SharePoint connectors.

Resolution:

  • To avoid the permission prompts, ensure that the app is shared from a trusted source and that the necessary permissions are granted during the first launch. Once permissions are granted, the app will continue to use those permissions without further prompts.
  • If customer really wants to skip permissions, customer should look into bypass consent: Bypass Power Apps Consent Prompts Using PowerShell.
