What’s happening?
The customer wants to remove the out of the box chat widget pva-embedded-web-chat as they have a custom live chat solution for their portal.
Reason:
This arises from the need to disable the default chat widget in favor of a custom implementation.
Resolution:
- Disable copilot from Power Pages Studio:
- Click on setup.
- Click on the copilot option and disable the toggle.
- Open Copilot Studio and remove the PVA generated by the system.
