What’s happening?
The Profile page in a newly provisioned Power Pages portal is not loading the form to display contact details. Additionally, the "Profile" option appears twice in the interface.
Reason:
This arises from the use of Power Pages template 2, which is designed to show the profile page twice.
Resolution:
- This behavior is expected and is not due to any configuration changes made by the user.
