Reason:
- The limitation of scanning up to 18 QR codes may be related to the "Gallery Control Data Source Limit" in PowerApps, which defines the maximum number of records that can be retrieved and displayed in the gallery.
- For tablet devices, the issue may stem from outdated software versions that require updates to function properly with the QR code scanning feature.
Resolution:
- To address the limitation of scanning QR codes:
- Confirm the "Gallery Control Data Source Limit" and ensure that it is not being exceeded. If necessary, consider redesigning the app to handle data in smaller batches or optimize the data source.
- If the limitation is confirmed, consider implementing a method to manage the data more efficiently, such as breaking down the scanning process into smaller groups.
- For tablet scanning issues:
- Check the tablet's software version and update it to the latest version. After updating, test the app again to see if the scanning functionality is restored.
