What’s happening?
Some users are unable to access or open tables within applications, particularly in the Internal Query Module. Users report being disconnected without receiving any error messages. In one instance, the issue began following a password reset across the organization, despite users being able to sign in successfully.
Reason:
- In one case, this was traced back to a recent organization-wide password reset, which disrupted access to tables for some users.
- In another case, the issue resolved itself without a clearly identifiable root cause.
Resolution:
For users affected after a password reset:
- Verify Permissions
Ensure that affected users have the appropriate permissions to access the required tables. - Device Compatibility
Recommend accessing the application from a Windows device, as issues were observed on Mac devices. - Adjust Team Roles
Temporarily assign Owner privileges to affected users within the Internal Query Module Team to test if elevated access resolves the issue. - Collect Session Details
If the issue persists, gather session logs or details from the affected users within the Microsoft Teams environment to support further investigation.
