What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an issue with a canvas app gallery where adding new pictures replaces the previous ones instead of allowing multiple images to be displayed. This issue began occurring after updating to a specific version of the canvas app studio.
 

Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to the version of the canvas app studio being used, which affects the functionality of the gallery in loading multiple images.
 

Resolution:
To resolve this, the following steps can be taken to roll back the version of the canvas app studio:

  1. Restore the Previous Working Version:
    1. Open the details of the desired app on the Power Apps portal.
    2. Go to the "versions" tab, select the desired version, and click "Restore".
  2. Save the Current App on the Previous Authoring Version:
    1. Open the canvas app and go to Settings.
    2. Under "Support", edit the "Authoring version".
    3. Choose the desired version and click "Reload + apply version".
