The issue occurs when a staff member messages another staff member in a specific department, resulting in Microsoft Teams automatically replying with a message from the Dynamics 365 app.
Reason:
This is related to the presence of the Dynamics 365 app within the group chat in Microsoft Teams.

Resolution:
To resolve the auto-reply issue, follow these steps:
1. Go to the affected group in Microsoft Teams.
2. Navigate to the panel of the group chat and click on the button to manage your apps.
3. Find the "Dynamics 365" app.
4. Click on the three dots next to the app you want to remove.
5. Remove the app from the group.
6. If the issue persists, toggle the setting to disable Microsoft Teams chats within Dynamics 365 by turning the toggle to "No."
Note that it may take a few hours for the changes to take effect and stop the auto-reply.
