What’s happening?
Non-sales license users are unable to open links in email notifications to related opportunity records, while sales users can access these links without issues.

Reason:
The links in the email notifications generated by a workflow are directing users to the Sales Hub app, which non-sales users do not have access to. Instead, non-sales users have a separate app created for them that allows access to opportunity records.

Resolution:
To resolve this, a new link to the appropriate app ID for non-sales users was set up in the workflow. This adjustment allowed non-sales users to access the opportunity records as intended.
