Users are unable to access Power Pages due to licensing requirements associated with Business Central.
Reason:
This arises because users without a Business Central license cannot retrieve data and transactions integrated with Business Central, leading to access errors.
Resolution:
- Users must have a Business Central license to access the associated data in Power Pages.
- If external users need access without a Business Central license, permission sets can be assigned to allow access to data stored in Business Central online on behalf of authenticated or anonymous external users.
