What’s happening?
The customer would like to know if it is possible to change the prefix number for the value of the Pipeline Phase field in the entity.
Reason:
The prefix number is changeable. The prefix numbering relates to the category of the Business Process Flow (BPF), while the stage category of the BPF is derived from the stage category global choice.
Resolution:
To change the prefix number, follow these steps:
1. Change the order of the options in the BPF. For example, adjust the order of the "Propose" option and "Develop" option without changing their values.
2. After making the changes, create a new opportunity and move the BPF to the "Develop" stage to observe the updated prefix number.
