What’s happening?
The customer needs assistance in obtaining detailed access logs for a specific user account within a defined time period.
Reason:
The underlying cause is the customer's requirement to access activity logs related to Dynamics for a particular user.
Resolution:
- Suggested the customer check the document titled "Microsoft Dataverse and model-driven apps activity logging - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn" for details on activity logging.
- Informed the customer that if the necessary audit settings are enabled, audit logs will be available.
- Recommended using the Microsoft Purview feature to view the audit/access logs.
- Provided a link to additional information on searching the audit log in the Office 365 Security & Compliance Center.
