What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing issues with the 'New Activities' button in the Dynamic 365 Sales Hub, which is not functioning properly, preventing the creation of new activities.

Reason:
This is related to a new activity feature that will show only activities that are related to the model driven app if 'On'

Resolution:
Sign in to the Power Platform admin center.
- In the navigation pane, select Manage.
- In the Manage pane, select Environments.
- On the Environments page, select an environment.
- In the command bar, select Settings.
- Expand Product, and then select Features.
- Look for Activities, and under that turn the option (Show only activities configured in the app when accessing "New activity" button in related activities of a record. Setting to "off" will show all activities) to 'Off'
