What’s happening?
The Timezonerule entity is not having the accurate value of DSTstartday.


Reason:
The Timezonerule entity is deprecated and is no longer supported.


Resolution:

  • It was identified that the customer was trying to check the Daylight Saving Time (DST) days through the XRM Toolbox, but the values returned were incorrect.
  • The customer found that the Daylight Saving Day was showing as 5, which was incorrect, and similarly for the USA region, it showed as 1 and 2, which were also incorrect.
