What’s happening?
All legacy OBM pages in the website are not rendering properly, initially showing blank pages and now displaying server-side errors.


Reason:
The underlying cause of this is that the authentication key for the power pages site has expired.


Resolution:

  1. Confirm that this is system-wide.
  2. Engage the global admin to refresh the authentication key. Manage website authentication key | Microsoft Learn
  3. After the key is renewed, verify if the pages are accessible again.-
