What’s happening?
  • Calendar appointments are being created for the wrong date and time when using the Outlook connector.

 

Reason:

  • The date issue occurs due to the Time zone adjustment being set to "User Local," which can cause discrepancies in date representation, particularly during Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes.

 

Resolution:

  • Change the Time zone adjustment setting from "User Local" to "Date only" to prevent the system from automatically adjusting the date to the previous day due to DST.
  • Test the behavior after making the adjustment to confirm that the date displays correctly.
  • If the issues persist after following these steps, further investigation may be required to identify any underlying application or configuration problems.
