What’s happening?
The customer changed the language setting on their Power Page site and subsequently found that the content was missing or altered, leading to confusion and a request for assistance in reverting to the previous state.

Reason:
This arises from changing the language settings in the portal management application, which can lead to the display of a different website layout or missing content if the localized content is not properly configured.

Resolution:

  • Check if the Power Page site has a valid and active localized content page linked to the correct language.
  • Ensure that associated page templates and web templates are present and active.
  • If any pages were accidentally deleted, attempt to restore them.
  • Change the language of power pages back to the desired setting using the portal management app.
