What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing difficulties in retrieving data from Planner to PowerBI using Power Apps or other Power Platform products.

Reason:
This may arise from invalid parameters in the flow or conflicts during the import process, leading to errors such as "Item not found" or "404" status codes.

Resolution:

  • Ensure that the flow is correctly set up by checking the Flow Checker for any errors.
  • Verify that all credentials and permissions are correctly linked to the resources.
  • If encountering a "404" error, confirm that the specified items exist and that the input parameters are valid.
  • For detailed instructions on integrating Microsoft Planner to Power BI, refer to the document: How to connect to Microsoft Planner to Power BI - Microsoft Fabric Community
  • If issues persist, consider using debugging strategies to isolate the problem, such as:
    • Checking that the browser is up to date.
    • Trying different browsers or using Incognito mode.
    • Disabling browser extensions.
    • Testing on another device if possible.
