The customer needs to verify if it is possible to change the date format on a document template before uploading it to Dynamics 365. The goal is to ensure that whenever the document is downloaded, it will display the preferred date format.

Resolution:
The format of the date and time field is set to "Date only" by default. Additionally, the text format of this field is not supported for exporting document templates.
