What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with images coming out blurry when uploaded to the portal.
Reason:
The portal does not modify the quality of the images, and the images will be downloaded as they are uploaded. If high-quality images are uploaded, the output will also reflect that quality. This may arise when users upload images with poor resolution.
Resolution:
- Ensure that users are uploading images with the appropriate resolution to maintain quality.
- Confirm that there are no settings or configurations available to control the image quality within the portal.
