What’s happening?
Customer is attempting to create a Conditional Access Policy (CAP) for Dynamics 365 but encounters an error indicating that the server could not process the request due to a malformed policy containing invalid applications.
Reason:
The application selected for the Conditional Access Policy is not supported.
Resolution:
- Select the "Dataverse" app instead of the initially selected application.
- Confirm that the selected app is appropriate for the Conditional Access Policy setup, as the previously selected app was identified as GCC and not suitable for this purpose.
