The customer is seeking a way to automate the sharing of Power Platform analytics reports from the admin center with non-admin users on a monthly basis.

Reason:
By design, only admins can access the analytics reports in the Power Platform admin center.

Resolution:
Unfortunately, there are no out-of-the-box (OOB) methods to automate sharing the report with non-admin users. Admins can view reports for the environments they have access to, while non-admin users do not have access to these analytics reports. The only way to share the reports with non-admin users is to download them from the Power Platform admin center and manually share them. For suggestions on universal design changes, the customer is encouraged to visit the ideas portal where they can see other suggestions that have been upvoted and implemented.
