What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with duplicate identity provider options on the sign-in page.


Reason:
The identity provider settings were duplicated, leading to multiple options appearing on the sign-in page.


Resolution:

  1. Access the Power Pages design studio using the appropriate link.
  2. Open the affected portal after selecting the correct environment.
  3. From the left side navigation, click on "Identity Provider" under the Security section.
  4. Click on the three dots next to the identity provider that is duplicated and select "Disable."
  5. After making changes, restart the portal from the admin center by navigating to the Power Platform admin center, selecting the affected website, and choosing the "Restart site" option.
