What’s happening?
The icon .woff file hosted by a retired Microsoft domain is still being called in a list, causing icons not to load.
Reason:
The .woff file is being called from a retired domain, which is no longer accessible.
Resolution:
A workaround was implemented by downloading a copy of the .woff file and adding it to the site files.
It is recommended to update the URL to a working one as the retired URL cannot be accessed.
