What’s happening?
Advisory on how to apply an hourly filter on the CRM Interactive Dashboard.
 

Reason:
This is a limitation on the Interactive Dashboard: the "Time frame" cannot be customized to a different length other than the pre-defined ones.
 

Resolution:

  1. Create a view with a filter to show items created within the last 1 hour.
  2. Add that view as a stream in the dashboard.
  3. Note that both the view filters and the time frame filter will be applied simultaneously. For example, if the view is set to "last 1 hour" but the time frame is set to "last week," it will not return any results.
  4. Be aware that this view will be fixed to the filter, meaning it cannot be changed dynamically like the Time frame option. You may need to create a separate dashboard for this.
