What’s happening?
Users are experiencing inconsistency with the timeline feature, where instead of the expected expand/collapse functionality, they are seeing "View More" and "View Less" options. This change has created difficulties in navigating timeline emails, leading to user frustration.
Reason:
The timeline is set to "Roomy" by default in a recent update, which introduces the "View More/View Less" options instead of the traditional expand/collapse functionality.
Resolution:
To resolve this, please set the Layout option to "Cozy." This adjustment will remove the "View More/View Less" toggle on emails, allowing users to expand and collapse emails with a simple click.
