What’s happening?
The customer is unable to add a specific group under the Power Platform user.
The customer is unable to add a specific group under the Power Platform user.
Reason:
The customer is unable to see the "add user" option when the team type is an Office group.
The customer is unable to see the "add user" option when the team type is an Office group.
Resolution:
To manage team members for Microsoft Entra group teams, the management of team members must be performed by a Microsoft Entra admin.
To accomplish this, follow these steps:
1. Open the Power Platform admin center.
2. Select the appropriate environment.
3. Navigate to Settings > Users + permissions > Teams.
4. A list of all the teams in the environment will be displayed.
