Customers are experiencing access denied errors when attempting to load forum pages on a Power Pages site.
Reason:
This is related to the web app configuration and permissions settings.

- Check the permissions settings in the portal management app.

- Confirm that the necessary records are added to the permissions settings to ensure users can access the forums
