The underlying cause of this includes exceeding the allocated AI Builder credits and a lack of clarity regarding how credits are consumed when using specific features such as Custom document processing models in Power Automate.
Resolution:
- For customers facing space crunch issues with AI Builder, it is important to check the AI Builder credit details of the environment in Power Platform Admin Center and confirm if they have exceeded their allocated credits.
- Customers should be informed that if they have used more than the allocated credits, the excess usage won't be subtracted from the next month's credits.
