Customers have reported that Power Apps only retain backups for a maximum of 28 days and are inquiring about backup services that can extend this retention period.
Reason:
The application natively supports backups for a duration of 28 days and does not provide the capability to export or import backups that exceed this timeframe.

Resolution:
There is no backup service for Power Apps that keeps data longer than 28 days. The maximum retention period for backups is 28 days. If customers wish to maintain a backup beyond this period, they can download the msapp file to keep it indefinitely.
