What’s happening?
Customers are inquiring whether they can designate Teams channels, chats, and OneNote as knowledge sources within Copilot Studio.
Reason:
Due to the specifications of Copilot Studio, OneNote and the content from Teams channels and chats cannot be designated as knowledge sources.
Resolution:
- It has been confirmed that OneNote links become SharePoint links, and as such, OneNote content cannot be designated as a knowledge source.
- For Teams channels and chats, the content also cannot be designated as knowledge sources due to product limitations.
- Customers are advised to consult with partners for further assistance regarding integration options, as the current knowledge source does not support these features.
