What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing errors when attempting to publish the Copilot agent in the production environment. Although the import completes successfully and no errors are detected in the Topic Checker, the publishing process generates errors indicating that references to AI Prompts cannot be found in a specific topic, despite the prompts existing in the system.
Reason:
This appears to be related to the AI Prompt connectors.
Resolution:
- The customer implemented a workaround by removing the AI Prompt connector in their flow to mitigate this.
- It is recommended to monitor the situation and confirm if the workaround resolves the publishing errors. If further issues arise, additional troubleshooting may be required.
