What’s happening?
AI prompts are not functioning in the Europe region, while they are working correctly in the UK and US regions. The error message displayed is "something went wrong."
 

Reason:
This is caused by the "Move Data Across Regions" setting being disabled for the affected environment. This setting was previously enabled by default for European environments but was disabled due to a request from the organization to be added to an exclusion list.
 

Resolution:

  1. Confirm that the "Move Data Across Regions" setting is enabled for the environment.
  2. If the setting is disabled, contact the organization's admin to enable it.
  3. Reference the documentation on copilots and generative AI features for guidance on enabling the necessary settings.
