What’s happening?
The export service is not available, and the export process fails due to a timeout. This issue may occur when the number of records being exported exceeds the system's handling capacity within the designated time limit.
 

Reason:
The timeout error during the export process is primarily caused by attempting to export a large set of data that exceeds the allowed limit by the system. Additionally, insufficient storage for the destination database and synchronization timeouts can contribute to record synchronization failures.
 

Resolution:

  1. Reduce the number of records being exported and attempt the export process again.
  2. If a message indicates that the database has reached its size quota, consider increasing or freeing up storage as appropriate before resynchronizing the failed records.
  3. As a workaround, create a flow in Power Automate to extract table data and generate a CSV file that can be easily edited.
