What’s happening?
The customer is unable to change admin rights to another user because the previous admin is no longer with the company.
Reason:
The underlying cause is that the previous admin's account is no longer accessible, preventing the transfer of admin rights.
Resolution:
To resolve this, please follow these steps: 1. Login to LCS: Use the user who has environment admin or Project owner role under the same tenant. 2. Navigate to Environment Details: Go to the environment detail page. 3. Update Environment Admin: Click the "update environment admin" button under the "Maintain" section. 4. Select New Admin: Choose the new admin user from the list and click OK. Please note that this will cause a downtime, so plan accordingly.
