What’s happening?
Users are unexpectedly reverted to the home screen while using the application, disrupting their ongoing processes.
Reason:
This is related to memory-intensive operations, particularly during export-to-Excel tasks, which can lead to out-of-memory conditions. This results in service crashes and subsequent resets of user sessions.
Resolution:
- Investigate the memory usage during export-to-Excel operations to identify if the server is reaching its memory limits.
- Monitor the performance of batch jobs and tasks that may contribute to high resource usage.
- If the issue persists, consider stopping the batch jobs to prevent the out-of-memory condition.
