What’s happening?
The custom API functionality is not executing successfully, resulting in exceptions being thrown during execution.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this is that the custom API failed without an error message being displayed on the front end.
Resolution:
- A call was made with the customer to share the requested execution log.
- The execution logs for the API call were provided to the customer for review.
- The customer was asked to review the logs and provide any further assistance or additional details that could help in resolving the issue.
