Reason:
This was identified as a result of a crash and subsequent restart of the system during the reported timeframe, which led to users receiving the error message.
 

Resolution:

  • The backend was checked, confirming that a crash occurred, followed by a restart.
  • After the resolution of the crash, the customer environment was verified to be functioning correctly, and the issue was resolved.
