What’s happening?
The customer is unable to create a pre-configured service agent in the Copilot for Service application because the environment is marked as unsupported.


Reason:
This arises when the pre-configured service agent is attempted to be created in an environment that does not support this functionality. It has been noted that the service agent must be created from the Copilot for Service app while inside the Default environment.


Resolution:

  • Verify that the environment being used is the Default environment, as the pre-configured service agent can only be created there.
  • If the environment is not the Default environment, switch to the Default environment and attempt to create the pre-configured service agent again.
  • If the issue persists, provide the environment ID and a screenshot of the error to support for further assistance.
  • Additionally, capture a network trace while refreshing the error message and attach that file to the support portal for analysis.
